2 & 3-bedroom Pan Abode cedar cottages are situated on the shore of Wilder Lake in a beautiful setting near the eleventh fairway. You can enjoy canoeing, swimming and bass fishing when you holiday at Homestead Golf & Winter Resort.

Booking Policies

BOOKINGS:
Each cottage requires a $200 deposit on a Visa or Master Card.

GROUP BOOKINGS:
Any group of 8 or more people must be paid in full at least 3 weeks before arrival. In consideration of your cooperation we will extend a 10% discount. This group policy is to help us maximize occupancy and eliminate last minute cancellations. We respectfully suggest you collect from your group ahead of time to avoid 'no shows'. Thank you.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation at Homestead prior to one (1) week before scheduled stay will allow deposit to be applied to any other visit at Homestead within a one (1) year period. Cancellations received less than one (1) week before scheduled stay will be subject to a full loss of deposit. There will not be any refunds on group booking cancellations.

CHILDREN:
On accommodation with meals package children under 12 are ½ price and select from the children's menu. Children under 2 are no charge.

CHECK-IN:
2 p.m. unless the cottage is not rented the night before in which case you are welcome to check in earlier.

CHECK-OUT: 11: a.m.

GRATUITIES:
At your discretion. No gratuities are included in your package rates.

MINIMUM STAY:
On weekends the minimum stay is 2 nights (Friday & Saturday)

PACKAGES:
Prices are per person per night and weekends have a minimum stay of 2 nights ( Friday & Saturday). The Pines Farmhouse may be booked for one night only. Our 3 day special is extended to long weekends this season - book early.

Golf Packages,Snowmobile Adventures and MAP (Modified American Plan) are available. Snowmobilers are offered a special bed and breakfast rate Dec. 16th to Mar. 15th starting at $60 p.p. bed & breakfast.
